The timing for our services is very flexible, ranging from visits of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and above, to include 12hr sleep-ins and 24hr live-ins.  A full assessment of care needs is undertaken to determine the individual's level of assistance that is required.

Domiciliary care allows service users to remain within their own homes receiving additional assistance from our healthcare professionals. As well as a helping hand with personal care and household chores, our friendly staff provide companionship and a familiar face that can mean the world to the many individuals we provide our services to.

Our trained carers can support people with a variety of health problems. We provide care for health issues such as:

• Stroke
• Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
• Parkinson’s
• Palliative Care
• Physical disability

Our services are provided in partnership with other healthcare departments or professionals to ensure a holistic approach to meet the total care needs of an individual. These can be doctors, community nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians etc.

The plan is put together with input from relevant healthcare professionals along with family members and loved ones.

The cost of care varies dependent upon the level of assistance required by an individual.
